Whether it is with your time or your “treasure”, there are many ways to participate in the work of the Conference and our Churches.

There are always volunteer opportunities in our Conference life!

We are happy to have input about our events. Contact us if you would like to help with event planning or have other ideas for ways to help strengthen our relationships with one another!

Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) is a global, nonprofit organization that strives to share God’s love and compassion for all through relief, development and peacebuilding. Visit the website: https://mcc.org/ for more information.

One of the ways MCC does this is through their Meat Canning program. Every year MCC’s mobile meat canner travels across the U.S., and volunteers join together to prepare cans of turkey, beef, chicken and pork. Link for more information: https://mcc.org/events/canning

MCC Meat Canner-Lewis County The meat canner comes to Lowville, NY every year in April. 2025 dates are April 15 and 16. Join us in this unique way to share Christ’s love with others.
